It's a.....

BOY!!

Well, we went to the ultrasound yesterday and found out we are having a BOY! We are so truly blessed. Now comes the rough task of finding a name. I am excited to be able to start picking the paint colors and decorating.

For anyone interested in getting any baby items (we are not having a shower) we are registered at Target, Babies R Us, and Walmart.  Just search for either Niki Robinson or Wade Robinson. Thankyou!! And of course if you don't know what to get diapers are always great. :)

Adrianas Adventures.. "I'm Stupt Mommy.. I'm Stupt!!!)

So, while I was brushing my teeth this morning I came back into the living room to find Adriana stuck in her little wooden play cube. (sorry for the poor quality pictures)

I don't think she really realized how stupt (stuck) she really was.... yet... until.. NOW...

And then it became "I'M STUPT MOMMY, I'M STUPT!!!!!"
So, I tried to get her out... it wasn't happening. She really was STUCK I started to freak out a little bit.. but then realized there were screws... so I got my screwdriver and this is the end result. No more "stupt".

The cube is now put back together, and I wonder what other adventures will happen today. It is only 8:30 in the morning after all.

The verdict...

So, Friday, we tried the Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom it was ok. It had more of a beef stew flavor to it than I wanted. I think I will make it again minus the slow cooker. We served it with a salad because I could NOT cook rice for some reason that night.

Tonight I made the Ranch Roasted Pork Chops & Red Potatos. We ALL loved it. It got the Wade approval and he didn't believe me when I told him how many calories were in a serving. I served it with some fresh green beans cooked with roasted red peppers. It was YUM. (This was also my first time cooking fresh green beans and they taste so much better than canned.)

Tomorrow night I'm making the Chicken & Asparagus Pasta, hopefully that is another success like tonight.

Going to try some new recipes...

I'm also excited for spring.. can't wait to plant our tomatos and peppers again. Also trying to figure out what to plant in the little garden out back... some herbs, maybe some beans and squash? That's probably all the room we will have.
I usually like cold weather but both Adriana and I are needing some time outdoors. I miss our daily walks and definately need them now that I'm pregnant.

Welcome to the Robinson Family Blog! Wade and I have been married just over 2 years and have a beautiful daughter Adriana who is growing up way too fast! We also have a crazy, loving dog Petty.

Wade is a great husband and wonderful Daddy. He works hard every day at UPS. I can't even mention Wade without mentioning his love for Widespread Panic and Tennessee Volunteers Football.
Niki (me) is a stay at home mommy who enjoys reading when I get time.. and taking a long shower (although those seem so far away nowadays with a toddler).
Adriana is 21 months old and full of energy. She's always talking.. saying most everything clear and full sentences. She loves horses.. she's already showing signs of a true cowgirl. Of course we think shes the most beautiful and smartest kid around.

We are a growing family! As much excitement we have around the house with our beautiful daughter Adriana and our dog Petty we have a new addition coming! We go on the 19th of this month to hopefully find out the sex of baby number 2! We will be happy either way but, I think we are both leaning to boy a little since we already have a girl. What do you think.. Boy or Girl??
