So, Friday, we tried the Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom it was ok. It had more of a beef stew flavor to it than I wanted. I think I will make it again minus the slow cooker. We served it with a salad because I could NOT cook rice for some reason that night.
Tonight I made the Ranch Roasted Pork Chops & Red Potatos. We ALL loved it. It got the Wade approval and he didn't believe me when I told him how many calories were in a serving. I served it with some fresh green beans cooked with roasted red peppers. It was YUM. (This was also my first time cooking fresh green beans and they taste so much better than canned.)
Tomorrow night I'm making the Chicken & Asparagus Pasta, hopefully that is another success like tonight.
